This week, Drake and Meek Mill released a string of diss tracks trading shots at one another on wax. Drizzy first let loose “Charged Up” followed by “Back To Back Freestyle” while Meek Mill later released “Wanna Know.” In among all of this, Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend Safaree released “Lifeline,” a diss record aimed at Minaj and her new boyfriend, Meek Mill.

On the cut, Drizzy appears to respond directly to Meek Mill’s allegations that he doesn’t write his own raps.

“This for y’all to think that I don’t write enough / They just mad cause I got the midas touch,” he raps.

Drake also appears to diss Meek Mill for blasting him over Twitter.

The track features Drizzy’s alleged ghostwriter, Quentin Miller, however, Miller’s appearance seems to be a reference track for Drake’s “Know Yourself.”

“If you ain’t write that running through the six shit / Tell us who the fuck Quentin was running through the six with?” Meek raps, sticking to his own claims that Drake doesn’t write his own rhymes.

Safaree Blasts Meek Mill On “Lifeline”

In among all of the back-and-forths between Drake and Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend Safaree dropped his own diss record earlier this week.

Titled “Lifeline,” the cut takes aim at Meek Mill in light of his feud with Drake.

“You dream about Drake numbers in your nightmares,” Safaree raps, referencing Meek Mill’s debut album, Dreams & Nightmares.

“This nigga bent outta shape with a gorilla face / My bars on ‘The Pinkprint’ no one will ever match / My dick-print lil nigga u could never match,” Safaree raps.
