David Banner is suing Lil Wayne for unpaid royalties, according to TMZ.

Banner is claiming he was never paid for his production on Lil Wayne‘s “La La” and “Pussy Monster.” He says he signed a contract with Young Money Records in 2008 and was told in 2012 that he was owed $138,787.19. He says that he was never paid what was promised.

The producer also says he did not get paid for his work on “Streets is Watchin,” which appeared on Young Money’s 2009 collaborative album We Are Young Money. Banner says he is owed $15,392.57 for this song.
