He pays homage to N.W.A on “Rap God” and says that all five members have influenced him. Eminem gives personal shoutouts to some of the members as well. He gives tribute to MC Ren on “Berzerk,” Dr. Dre on “Forgot About Dre” and Ice Cube on “Renegade.”

Before he wrote a letter to Tupac’s mother, Eminem honored the California rapper in “Kings Never Die,” which is featured on the Southpaw soundtrack.
