For the second time, Timbaland’s wife has filed for divorce from the hitmaker, Bossip reports.

Monique Mosley petitioned for divorce June 22 in Florida. Timbo has yet to respond.

Mosley initially filed for divorce from Timbaland in 2013, demanding the producer pay for child support for the daughter they had together and for a child she had from a previous relationship. She also demanded permanent alimony, life insurance, private school costs, vacations and summer camp, among other expenses.

The initial divorce filing was called off October 2014 when the couple announced their reconciliation on Instagram and Monique withdrew the divorce petition.

Timbaland is the executive producer of FOX’s Empire and is worth an estimated $85 million, according to Bossip.
