Chance The Rapper will act as master of ceremony for free teen festival in Northerly Island, Chicago on June 24 from 4:30-7:30 pm CST.

The Chi-Town emcee is hand-picking the headliners for the event, which according dnainfo.com, is sponsored by the city of Chicago.

Chance The Rapper is not set to perform.

The free festival is geared towards Chicago youth from the age of 13- 24.

Kanye West’s non-profit organization, Donda’s House, along with The Art Institute of Chicago, will also support the festival by providing breakdancing, jewelry making and graffiti art, among other things.
