On June 2, Brooklyn, New York rapper Fabolous and longtime girlfriend, Emily B welcomed a baby boy after Emily went into labor the day before.
The arrival of the latest addition to their family was announced through social media. Fab posted a picture of himself in scrubs on Instagram while Emily B uploaded a picture of the following quote to her Instagram page:
“And what could be more beautiful, than bringing new life into the world?”

Their baby boy will serve as the second child the couple has together. Their first, Johan, is now seven-years-old. Emily B also has a 17-year-old daughter from a past relationship.
Emily B and Fab have yet to reveal a name or a picture of their new son.
Emily B was once a star on the VH1 reality series, “Love & Hip Hop.” Fabolous never appeared on the show with his longtime girlfriend, but did speak on how “Love & Hip Hop” distorted the public’s view of their relationship, during an interview in 2012.

“The thing about marriage is that, I believe in it but don’t believe in it,” Fabolous said, during an appearance on The Combat Jack Show. “I think sometimes people put on that ring and that paper, and it messes up a good thing, because now it’s a different emphasis on your relationship.”
