Miley Cyrus performed a rendition of Khia’s 2002 single “My Neck, My Back” at the Adult Swim party yesterday (May 13) in New York City.

Robed in a pink spandex fairy costume, the 22-year-old pop star recited the lyrics to the Florida rapper’s song.

“My neck, my back, lick my pussy and my crack,” Cyrus sang as she gyrated across the stage.

She also covered songs by Johnny Cash and Led Zeppelin and premiered a new song off her next album, which she said is called Tiger Dreams.
