Damon Dash recently sat with Larry King during an episode of the Emmy nominated series “Larry King Now.”

One teaser features Dame speaking on his relationship with his estranged business partner Jay Z, while the other finds him addressing his child custody case with ex-wife, Rachel Roy.

Dame tells King that his biggest success has been his children, not forming Roc-a-Fella Records. When King asks if he is still friends with Jay, Dame responds, “I usually don’t talk about him just because of this, but there’s been things where he’s been in business with people that are against my honor code, so because of that where I’m from I kind of have to keep a distance.”
“Because of the way the IRS is on me, and because my friend Biggs is in jail and because the way my friend Irv Gotti got harassed and got accused for money laundering and I know he didn’t do that because of that and I know we all was in the streets at one time, guys like me, we just stay away from that,” Dash adds.
Dame also willingly speaks about two warrants that have been issued for his arrest. Both cases happen to involve custody battles between his two ex-wives.

“I’m like a good father and I pay for everything, I have another warrant for not paying child support but I just gave this person $50,000 and I just paid for school $30,000, paid for massages, paid for chefs,” Dame says “A man should not get leveraged and get looked at like a criminal just because he wants to raise his child.”
