The spring markdown announcement is accompanied by news that TIDAL will provide live audio of Prince’s “Rally 4 Peace” event in Baltimore for free.

Prince’s charity concert is expected to be offered pre-paywall, so users won’t have to subscribe to the streaming service to listen to the hour-long show. TIDAL and has promised to match all funds donated through their official site to support Baltimore youth charities. Prince will also donate proceeds from his show to support the youth in Baltimore.

“I am honored to join Prince in his mission to inspire through the uniting power of music and be able to offer a platform where this moment can be shared globally,” Jay Z said in a statement. “We invite all to experience the music and contribute in their own way to promote peace, tolerance and understanding. Our prayers go out to Freddie Gray’s family and every family affected by brutality and senseless violence.”
