Just three months after releasing the teaser for the project, it looks as though Chance The Rapper and The Social Experiment’s Surf album will be released within the next week.
Chance reportedly made the reveal during a performance at Michigan State University yesterday (April 28), according to HotNewHipHop.
Various concertgoers who were at the show took to Twitter to reveal the news.
In February, Chance spoke with comedian and fellow Chicago native Hannibal Buress about the project.
“The album is very much so a Beyoncé kind of thing,” he said at the time. “I can’t say the date of the project. But, I can say that it’s super dope.”
HipHopDX will keep you updated on any further developments.
