Kid Cudi took to Twitter Saturday (July 4) to give an update on his forthcoming album, Speedin’ Bullet to Heaven.
He says that the album is “98 % finished” and is entirely self-produced.
Cudi says the first single will be released before the end of the month.
The former G.O.O.D Music artist says that this is his most heartfelt project.
“I’ve ripped my heart out and carved it into tiny pieces of musical madness,” he says.

Just over a year after the release of his last full-length, Kid Cudi announced on Twitter last night (April 4) that his next album is called Speedin’ Bullet To Heaven.
While Cudi has yet to release any information about the planned drop date, his Tweet promises that the new album is “coming really really soon.”

We all had a vision we shared for this story. I can't create the magic yall want with out their energy and genius to bounce off of.

While it’s unclear if his newly announced Speedin’ Bullet To Heaven album is a replacement for that sequel, it seems Cudi will likely rely on the same set of producers. Earlier this month the Cleveland artist surprise released a new single called “love.” co-produced by Dot Da Genius. Check out the track below.
