A Run The Jewels performance at The Spotify House at South By Southwest was met with a bizarre interruption as an unknown man gained access to the stage and attempted to attack the group, mid-performance.
Video of the incident was captured by a handful of Instagram users present at the concert in Austin, Texas. In one video, the man can be seen walking towards Killer Mike and then El-P, attempting to shove them both. Killer Mike and security are then seen running after the man.
In another video, the man who attempted to attack Run The Jewels is seen in a brawl with several concertgoers.

Killer Mike addressed the man behind the mayhem later in their set by proclaiming, “You a bitch nigga. Yo mama should be ashamed you a boy. Fuck boy. Fuck boy. Fuck boy. Fuck boy.”
Following the duo’s performance, El-P issued an apology “for the brief interruption” via Twitter.
“thanks to everyone who watched us rock the @Spotify house! sorry for the brief interruption…shout out our dudes stretch, @joe baker and @halfricanchief for holding us the fuck down,” El-P tweeted yesterday (March 16).
