After it was revealed that CyHi The Prynce was one of more than 20 artists listed in the credits for Kanye West’s recently released record “All Day,” the G.O.O.D. Music emcee spoke to Revolt TV about the swarm of artists listed on the song’s acknowledgements.

During the conversation, the Atlanta rapper likened Kanye’s work to a “think tank,” saying he involves everybody, hence the multitude of artists credited on his recent work.

“When you look at Whitney Houston albums [or] Michael Jackson albums, you look at their credits – everybody gets credit,” CyHi The Prynce says. “The programmers, the brainstormers [and] the dude who tightens the strings on the guitars. Everybody gets credit when you’re doing monumental music. Now, if you’re just going in, jump on the beat, smoke your weed, drink your lean, then it might just be two people on the record. But when you’ve got a responsibility for pop culture, Hip Hop culture, and the world, you can’t be in there thinking by yourself…

“He ain’t think of these great ideas by himself,” CyHi adds. “He’s getting inspired by different people. It’s a brainstorm. It’s a think tank. That’s what we’re trying to get people to understand. We involve everybody. That’s just what we’re trying to give the young culture. Let them know everybody’s got to work together.”
