Months after Birdman was hit with a lien over invoices from a Florida-based construction company, the Cash Money Records CEO is reportedly facing yet another lien. TMZ reports that his Miami, Florida condo association, the Ivy Condo Association, claims Birdman has bounced checks and owes over $12,000 in unpaid fees.

The lien against Birdman was filed by the Ivy Condo Association in November 2014, the same month the lien from Zankey Construction Company was filed.

The lien filed by Zankey Construction Company totaled $1 million and was the result of unpaid invoices owed following renovations on Birdman’s $14.5 million home.

TMZ also reports that months prior to being hit with the two liens, Birdman took out a $5 million loan against his mansion, which was previously owned by producer Scott Storch.

News of the latest lien against Birdman comes weeks after it was reported that Lil Wayne is allegedly considering taking legal action against Cash Money in order to be dropped from the label.
