Back in April model Stephanie Delgado accused Ma$e of appropriating an Instagram photo of her’s and using it as the cover art for his single, “Why Can’t We” without permission. Following the accusation Delgado sued the Harlem native over her claim.

Now, according to TMZ, it looks like the former Bad Boy artist has lost the case against the model and has been ordered to pay her $7,500. Ma$e apparently never even responded to Delgado’s claim that he stole the photo and she was awarded the money in default.

Originally, Stephanie Delgado was seeking damages in the area of $60,000 but wasn’t awarded that sum because she was unable to prove earnings matching what she was asking for in previous photo shoots.
