Pepsi Pulse has named the “10 Ways Dr. Dre Changed The Game,” a list devoted to his place as a musical icon and innovator for more than two decades now.  

The latest stages of Dr. Dre’s career have found him remaining relevant by way of his Beats By Dre enterprise and introducing the world to Kendrick Lamar.  

“Considered by many to be today’s savior of Hip Hop due to his substance and heartfelt stories, Kendrick Lamar quickly rose through the ranks with respect owed to Dr. Dre’s vote of confidence,” the piece says.

Other ways Dr. Dre has shifted the tide include the role he has played in the careers of Rap stars Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Game and 50 Cent.
