Kanye West suffered a health scare in Melbourne, according to Radar Online.

While the report says some believed West suffered a seizure, a source close to the rapper has said the following to the website:

“He did go to the hospital because he had a headache. He was treated for a migraine and he’s totally fine.”

Radar Online cites Woman’s Day Australia in its report, saying the health scare took place at approximately 2pm on Wednesday.

The rapper was reportedly taken to Epworth Hospital for treatment, protected by security guards, with half of his face covered.

Loraine Terry, a woman who says her daughter was having an MRI at the same hospital, said security cleared the area for the Chicago, Illinois emcee. Terry said West came into the room in a stretcher, adding that “doctors had reason to believe West had suffered a seizure, or could do so in the near future,” the Radar Online report says. The representative’s subsequent statement regarding a headache denies the seizure report.

West performed a concert after the health scare, according to reports.
