It has created a world of mindless zombies. No longer do people engage in things they want to or like; instead the repetitiveness of news feeds, filtering of content by fb, and the overall control of media and news have funneled the infinite things one can focus on into the top 10 trending topics. Everyone is so locked in on social media that even if they weren't interested in the trending topic the first 5 times, by the 10th they can't help but form their own opinion and get involved. Additionally, people spend some much time reading these pointless trending posts that there's no time left to acknowledge reality and find out whats really going on in the world (like the World War that's beginning, or the other disease that are actually killing 99% of the people). Facebook masks reality. This is marketing 101, just on a scale never seen before. Think Subway "$5 footlong", the jingle just repeated it over and over ultimately brainwashing everyone to the point that they couldn't help themselves. Or being HIPHOPDX, think Drake, half his music is absolute garbage but the hiphop channels play it so much on the radio that after it comes on 10 times you find yourself "rapping" along with it. Fabolous is spot on with his rant. People need to put down their phones, get off facebook, and start enjoying the world and the people around them.

What he said was right period point blank....I don't see the need to debate or argue the TRUTH! Here's a thought: If all those ice bucket volunteers donated $5 to $10 dollars it would still help the cause...However lets be real, when it comes to those "research" disease organizations make no mistake they are just spinning their wheels....They have no intentions of releasing a cure for certain ailments because that would put the cause and people who are getting paid from it out of business!
