Cassidy says that he will be paid $250,000 to battle Dizaster at Fresh Coast/FilmOn’s “Ether” event in Los Angeles in December, according to a story on BattleRap.com. 

The Philadelphia rapper says that he turned down offers for $40,000.

“$200,000 up front,” Cassidy says according to BattleRap.com. “It ain’t crazy money. It ain’t the biggest amount in the world, but it’s worth it so I can help the culture [and] prove that I’m still that nigga for the younger niggas who wasn’t even around when I was doing what I was doing [and] convince them I’m still that nigga.”
