Rolling Stone has complied a list of “20 Biggest Songs of the Summer: The 2010s (So Far).”

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring Ray Dalton’s “Can’t Hold Us” was included on Rolling Stone’s list. “Macklemore & Ryan Lewis released ‘Can’t Hold Us’ as a promo single in the summer of 2011,” the article says, “but it wasn’t until nearly two years later that the song followed ‘Thrift Shop’ to the top of the Hot 100.”

Usher’s “OMG” single with will.i.am also made the list.

“Usher launched his 2010 album Raymond v. Raymond by topping the R&B charts with the ballad ‘Papers,’ and conquered the pop charts with ‘OMG,’ a will.i.am collaboration following the EDM template of Black Eyed Peas hits.”

Another rap song that was included on Rolling Stone’s list was Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass.”

“When Nicki Minaj released Pink Friday in late 2010, ‘Super Bass’ was buried in the bonus tracks only available on certain editions of the album,” Rolling Stone says. “But videos of Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez rapping along to the song went viral, paving the way for Nicki’s first big crossover pop moment.”

Rolling Stone says it made its list by utilizing Billboard data from Hot 100 charts June 20 through this week and by using the songs’ respective peak chart positions and the songs’ amount of time on the Hot 100. Rolling Stone also said it did not include ballads from such artists as Eminem, B.o.B. and Lil Wayne and certain pop songs when making the list.
