Beyonce is on a cover of TIME’s “The 100 Most Influential People” issue. 

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, author of the book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead, writes about Beyonce in the issue. “Beyonce doesn’t just sit at the table,” Sandberg says. “She builds a better one. In the past year, Beyonce has sold out the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour while being a full-time mother. Her secret: hard work, honesty and authenticity. And her answer to the question, ‘What would you do if you weren’t afraid?’ appears to be ‘Watch me. I’m about to do it.’ Then she adds, ‘You can, too.’”

Beyonce appears in the “Titans” portion of the issue, a section that also includes articles on Pharrell and Hillary Clinton, among others.

Beyonce’s husband, Jay Z, appeared on TIME’s “The 100 Most Influential People” issue cover last year.
