Pharrell “Happy” 20 Weeks In
Pharrell Williams‘ “Happy” is the #1 song on the chart this week. In its twentieth week, the Virginia Beach, Virginia singer-producer’s song sold 283,559 copies, a 12 percent drop from last week’s 320,854 units. Overall, Williams’s cut has sold 3,962,348 units.

The selection appeared on last year’s Despicable Me 2 soundtrack and is also the rapper-producer-singer’s lead single from his G I R L album, which is available for streaming now.
50 Cent Gets His “Smoke” On
50 Cent’s “Smoke” single entered the R&B/Hip Hop chart at #32 this week. The song, which is expected to be included on his forthcoming Animal Ambition album, also features Trey Songz. It sold 11,717 units this week.

“Smoke” makes the second-highest debut on the charts this week. The highest debut of the week belongs to 2Virgins’ “Buckwild” single, which also features Taylor Caniff. “Buckwild” entered the charts at #22 with 17,728 units sold.
Puff Daddy’s “Big Homie” Sales Spike 134%
Puff Daddy’s “Big Homie” enjoyed the biggest sales bump this week. The song, which also features Rick Ross and French Montana, saw a 134 percent sales increase compared to last week.
