Naughty By Nature’s Treach was arrested today (April 11) for eluding police, according to nj.com.
Treach is accused of operating a motor vehicle on a street or highway and attempting to elude law enforcement officers after being given a signal to stop.
The rapper was apprehended in Union City, New Jersey and appeared in court in Jersey City.

His bail was set at $15,000 cash or bond, the story says.
Treach will have to resolve outstanding child support before he is able to post bail.
