Talib Kweli, Mobb Deep and Murs with Mayday! are among the artists slated to perform at Duck Down & Javotti Media’s SXSW Showcase.
The event, which is slated to take place tomorrow (March 15) at Palm Door On Sixth in Austin, Texas, is also set to feature an outdoor patio stage with Statik Selektah and friends, as well as performances from Twista, Res and Cory Mo.
“For the past few years we have partnered with Talib Kweli‘s company, Javotti media, for both SXSW and CMJ showcases,” Noah Friedman, Duck Down’s General Manager, says in an exclusive statement to HipHopDX. “It serves as a way for us to spotlight both veteran acts who have had a deep impact in Hip Hop, and emerging talent who we feel bring a lot to offer for the future of the genre.”
