Ludacris reportedly appeared in court Wednesday (February 19) along with his child’s mother, Tamike Fuller, to discuss child support payments.
Fuller, who has a 2-month-old with Ludacris, is demanding the Georgia rapper pay $15,000 a month, according to TMZ.
Ludacris reportedly told the judge on the case that he has been unable to fulfill the payments Fuller requested because he has been anticipating money from the seventh edition of the Fast & Furious film series, which he was set to co-star in. The motion picture is on hold following the death of one of its stars, Paul Walker, who was involved in a car accident in November.

Ludacris has spoken about Walker’s legacy following the actor’s passing. In December, HipHopDX published a report featuring an Instagram post from Ludacris about Walker. The post had the following caption: “Your humble spirit was felt from the start, wherever you blessed your presence you always left a mark, we were like brothers & our birthdays are only 1 day apart, now You will forever hold a place in all of our hearts @paulwalker legacy will live on forever. R.I.P.”
In his child support case, Ludacris says he can pay $1,800 a month. According to TMZ, Ludacris says he made approximately $55,000 last year. Nevertheless, the judge has reportedly ordered Ludacris to pay $7,000 a month as the judge reviews financial documents regarding the case.
