Lil’ Kim has been threatened with a lawsuit by Samantha Ravndahl, an artist that says the rapper is using her work to promote her music without compensation.

Kim used an image of a zombie-like character on Instagram in November, according to TMZ. The work reportedly belongs to Ravndahl. The site says Kim took the image off Reddit and began using it to promote her music, specifically her “Dead Gal Walking” selection.

Ravndahl has asked Kim remove the image from social networking sites or, according to TMZ, she is set to file a lawsuit for at least $150,000.

In December, Lil’ Kim spoke about her career in an interview with Rolling Out

“I’m pretty sure everybody in the industry — and in life, period — has things that they feel like they would do over, but I don’t really regret much in my life,” Kim said. “There are certain things that I would do over — and certain things that I would do differently. [But] the things that I go through and the things that I’ve gone through have become a major part of who I am today. “
