KOTD has announced a second headlining match for its January 24-25 “Blackout 4” event.
The second headlining bout is set to be between KOTD veteran Bender and Big T, who has become a fixture of the SMACK/URL Battle Rap league.
The first main event challenge announced for this event was the title match between Pat Stay and Dizaster.
For this event, KOTD has said that it plans on releasing information in a different way than it has in the past. Fans will only know the battlers set to appear, but not the match-ups set to take place, according to KOTD.
“We’re gonna kind of keep y’all out of the loop as far as information goes and leave you guys to put the pieces of the puzzle together,” Organik said in a recent KOTD video blog. “We’re gonna be announcing battlers individually, but not who they are facing. Who they are facing, that’ll come out on the day of the event. You’ve gotta be at the event or order in the pay-per-view to find out who is battling who. I promise y’all, if you know our history, this is the best King of the Dot event we’ve put together yet.”
Charron, Yung Ill, Concieted, Loe Pesci, Bonnie Godiva, Remy D, Ill Will, Fresco and Charlie Clips are among the battlers set to appear at “Blackout 4.” The match-ups are slated to instead be announced at the event.
A promotional video for Bender versus Big T can be viewed below, followed by announcement clips for other battlers set to be perform at the event.
