Drake has reportedly postponed his “Would You Like a Tour?” tour stop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s Wells Fargo Center today (October 19).
The news was reportedly given to fans less than an hour before the concert’s scheduled start time, as per philly.com.
The Wells Fargo Center box office relayed a message to fans regarding the tour’s cancellation, according to philly.com.
“The Drake concert scheduled for Saturday, October 19 has been postponed,” the box office message says, as per philly.com. “A new date has not yet been determined. Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored for the new date. If you wish to have tickets refunded, you must do so at the point of purchase.”
Philadelphia was meant to be the second stop on the tour after yesterday’s Pittsburgh showing.
The tour is scheduled to resume in Montreal on Monday (October 21).
The tour has undergone some reported controversy due to a rumored feud between headliner Drake and opener Future. The feud was put to rest during yesterday’s show.
Drake had to reschedule tour dates for this run before the tour began. This happened “due to an intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements that will be part of the show,” according to a Drake representative, as per Billboard.
