Drake has confirmed that Future, Miguel and PARTYNEXTDOOR are set to open for him on his “Would You Like A Tour?” tour.

Drake confirmed the news via Twitter yesterday (October 17).

Future was reportedly dropped from the tour after he allegedly criticized Drake’s Nothing Was The Same album.

“Drake made an album that is full of hits, but it doesn’t grab you,” Future reportedly said to billboard.com. “They’re not possessive. They don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.”

During that interview, Future also allegedly said that his project, Honest, would be better than Nothing Was The Same and other Rap albums that he’s been featured on.

“I’ve been on the songs of all these rappers that put out an album, and my music is still better,” Future reportedly said.

Future later said he was misquoted by the publication. He also said he had respect for Drake.

Still, it was reported that Drake’s disapproval of Future’s alleged comments led to Future being dropped from the tour.

“[Drake] told his agent either Future gets fired, or he’ll fire him,” a source said, according to The New York Post
