Lisa Wade, an A$AP Rocky fan, says the rapper slapped her face for no reason during a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania concert last year. Now A$AP Rocky is avoiding charges for allegedly slapping the fan, according to tmz.com

Police officials reportedly did not see the incident take place and the act is a misdemeanor offense. As a result, Wade has had to file a private criminal complaint against the A$AP Mob emcee, as per tmz.com.

Documents were submitted and mailed to A$AP Rocky’s record company. The documents were returned to sender. TMZ’s report does not state if this refers to Sony Music Entertainment, RCA Records or Polo Grounds Music, the labels that released Rocky’s debut album, 2013’s Long.Live.A$AP.

The D.A.’s office reportedly can’t proceed with assault and harassment charges until Wade provides an address where A$AP Rocky can receive documents to be served.
