While Young Money rapper Drake has been known to sport his OVO apparel from time to time, according to the Canadian artist’s former stylist, Michael Raphael, he’s also known to have spent thousands at retailers that included the likes of Nike and Diesel.

According to Raphael, who is now suing Drake for the sum of $76,490, he’s owed thousands for personal shopping trips he says he was never reimbursed for. TMZ reports that on top of allegedly being owed for the pricey shopping trips made to supply Drake with his wardrobe, Raphael was also not paid for travel expenses and photography/graphic design services.

Additionally, Raphael says payments from the Nothing Was The Same rapper for the months of August to November of last year were properly made and it wasn’t until December 2012 that payments began to fall off.

The lawsuit filed on behalf Raphael joins a handful of suits Drake has faced in his career. Most notoriously, Drake found himself named in several lawsuits following an altercation with Chris Brown at New York City’s W.i.P. nightclub last year. The singer/rapper was also hit with a lawsuit from an alleged ex-girlfriend over the use of her vocals on “Marvin’s Room.”

Despite this latest lawsuit, Drake will still carry on with the September 24 release of his latest LP, Nothing Was The Same.
