Trina and Meek Mill have teamed up on her single “Ass Fat,” which will lead up to the release of her latest studio album. “It’s just a fun, a club record,” Trina says in an interview with Mikey T The Movie Star. “Meek is actually on the hook. It’s for all the ladies to have fun this summer. Twerk a little, shake a little…You know, bust a 1, 2 step. Meek’s actually got a couple records with me.”
The Miami rapper says she will soon be delivering her sixth studio album, which she says has “a lot of great producers and some crazy features.”
In December, Trina celebrated her thirty-fourth birthday with Meek Mill. She says that their friendship continues to thrive through their most recent musical ventures. “Meek is a great artist and he’s very focused,” Trina says. “I just had fun. When I first heard the record from him, I couldn’t wait to do it. I just got on the record and I love it. He’s a dope artist so it’s a great collaboration.”

Trina released the video for her song “Go Hard” in May.
Trina broke through on a national level after appearing on Trick Daddy’s 1998 single “Nann N**ga,” which was released on Trick’s second studio album, www.thug.com.
