Providence, Rhode Island producer/instrumental Hip Hop artist araabMuzik is gearing up for his latest project, The Remixes, Vol. 1. The longtime Diplomats affiliate released For Professional Use Only earlier this year on Duke Da God’s Duke Productions imprint. Now, the longtime Cam’ron producer who has also worked with Slaughterhouse, Tragedy Khadafi and Jadakiss, has announced that his remix project will follow on July 9. This effort comes via the longtime Dance/Electronic label, Ultra Music.

The remixes include araab’s renditions of tracks by Chase N Cashe, Mt. Eden and others.

The Akai MPC wizard recently canceled a series of tour dates following a May shooting during a reported robbery attempt in his home state. The protege of Dipset A&R Duke Da God is since recovering, and working on upcoming music.

UPDATE: Pitchfork.com has premiered an album stream of araabMuzik’s The Remixes, Vol. 1. The album releases next week, July 9.
