For the second time in as many weeks, Chicago, Illinois rapper Chief Keef has been arrested. Following last week’s arrest for disorderly conduct in Atlanta, Georgia’s Le Meridien Hotel for reportedly smoking marijuana, the Glory Boyz Entertainment/Interscope Records artist was apprehended today on Winnetka Road in Northfield, Illinois for a driving infraction.

According to TMZ.com, the 17-year-old Keef was cited by Chicagoland police officers for driving approximately 110 miles power hour in a 55 mph zone. The rapper’s car, a 2011 BMW X6 M-series was left to an adult passenger, as Keef reportedly had three in the vehicle. According to the Illinois Department Of Motor Vehicles, the state’s junior driver’s license only allows drivers one passenger at a time. The “Don’t Like” 2012 sensation was taken in by police, and has a June 17 court date,

Both of this month’s incidents follow Chief Keef’s March release from a juvenile detention center. He was incarcerated for a probation violation—using a firearm, as filmed in a video by Pitchfork Media.
