While Freddie Gibbs and Blood Raw are no longer on the label, CTE World (a/k/a Corporate Thugz Entertainment) is further growing its roster. Young Jeezy’s imprint announced this week that Doughboyz Cashout are the latest act to join the Atlanta, Georgia-based label. CTE is now under Atlantic Records, following Jeezy’s Sr. VP A&R appointment, after a five-plus-year tenure under Def Jam Records.

“I saw Detroit, I saw some kids that did all the work. They did all the work and I just wanted to show the world what they were working on,” Young Jeezy told WJLB 97.9 by phone, as reported by MTV Rap Fix. “Detroit bred some great hustlers, some great talent from Eminem to Big Sean, but now it’s time for the ghetto superstars.”

The Michigan quartet includes HBK, Payroll, Doughboy Quis and Doughboy Dre.
