J. Cole came back with both fists swinging this week after a brief hiatus from putting out new music. The Roc Nation rapper dropped off his free EP Truly Yours one day prior to Valentine’s Day, following with his official new single “Power Trip” featuring Miguel from his upcoming sophomore album Born Sinner. Justin Timberlake lodged a top-played single with “Mirrors,” a Timbaland-produced cut off his comeback album The 20/20 Experience, while French Montana made a dent with Nicki Minaj on his new joint “Freaks.” Drake maintained a spot on the top 10 with “Started From the Bottom,” while Meek Mill’s freestyle over the beat secured him a placement as well. And the unexpected collaboration between Mac Miller and Prodigy, “Confessions of a Cash Register,” got some burn as well.
