After stating that G.O.O.D. Music’s Cruel Winter was “happening for real,” Travi$ Scott has revealed the title of the first single for the project.

During an interview with DJ Semtex, the Houston, Texas rapper said that the first single will be titled “I Got Bands” and that it will be included on both Cruel Winter and his upcoming Owl Pharaoh EP, releasing on February 22nd.

“‘I Got Bands’ is the shit! I love that fuckin’ song, man,” he said. “First single off of Cruel Winter, on my tape Owl Pharaoh, and hopefully we get that feature on there and it’s like boom, we out of here. Kanye [West] seen a vision for that shit and he supplied it and made it happen.”

Cruel Winter, which serves as the follow up to last year’s Cruel Summer, has been rumored for some time. Q-Tip first broke the news of the project on a red carpet and Big Sean said that he had recorded verses for it. Common most recently said that the LP wouldn’t be released, a sentiment echoed by Pusha T who stated that it could have happened.
