Young Money rapper Lil Wayne will no longer have to worry about a lawsuit filed against him by promotion company Red City Entertainment now that the lawsuit has been settled outside of court.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit made on behalf of Red City Entertainment claimed that the rapper slept through what was to be a concert appearance in the Bahamas back in 2009. Those from the promotion company also stated that they gave Lil Wayne $432,000 for what was supposed to be his appearance at the show.

Legal documents attained by TMZ state that the case was settled on January 8, 2013 and was then dismissed. It is unclear what the specific details of the settlement between Lil Wayne and Red City Entertainment are.
