Last year, Tyga dropped off his debut album Careless World: Rise of the Last King, but was quick to head back into the studio to record its follow up. During an interview with Power 106’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood, the YMCMB rapper said that he plans to drop Hotel California in March and that he’s waiting on Chris Brown to return from overseas to work on their collaborative Fan of a Fan 2 project.

“I think he’s overseas right now. I haven’t talked to him in a minute. We have a lot of songs, though. I’m dropping my album in March and I think he’s working on something new. So whenever we stop driving Lambos and posting pictures on Instagram, we can finish it,” he said. “We do everything in the studio together. He’ll do a hook, three, four songs in like 30 minutes, and then I just do the verses to them. He’s fast while recording.”

He also had a short few words for Drake when asked if he would save him or Lil Wayne: “I don’t hate him. I like his music,” he said.
