So dig right, you on your block, its like 100 houses on your block...along comes an opportunity for you to bring something dope to your block like a community center or something fly right...does it matter that you only own 1% (or less in Jays case) of the block, or would you be proud that you were able to take part in doing something historic for ya block?!?!? Fact is this n!gga is the face of an NBA franchise and dont even play ball, his involvement was integral for the entire project. It cost him a mil to do something like have an arena built right across from where he grew up...c'mon son, you cant quantify that. Stop with the percentage stuff...its wack!

Crazy! I don't care what anyone says, Jay-Z has done his thing, and please stop with the " he only owns 1 percent" BS, get off the percentage and understand what that actually means, besides getting a bigger cut of the Net brand which he designed, he gets the paid for being the face of the franchise, yes Jays brand is costing them millions. his so called 1percent would make most of us rich and our grand kids rich. stop the hate, this brotha played the game and won.

I liked it. He needs to go back to that raw new york style and drop the grandiose rap.
