I'm sorry my dude, but you must be crazy if you think that parents have no responsibility for what happens to their kids. Yes, a parent cannot be with their kids 24/7, and yes ultimately the individual makes his own decisions, good or bad, but parents (meaning mother & father, if they're still living) have a huge responsibility for raising their kids right, and if the child makes a bad decision on his own, then the parents can say they did their part. Jojo's mother said she encouraged his music, even said she was a fan.
