Rap Release Dates: Eminem, A$AP Rocky, Big Boi, Ill Bill

As 2013 nears, A$AP Rocky announces an album push, as Eminem preps a new album, Big Boi gets a new release date, and Ill Bill starts the year off right.

2013 is right around the corner, but there's still some 2012 left to look forward to. While Big Boi's Vicious Lie and Dangerous Rumors initially had a November release date, it moves to December 11th. Once 2013 kicks off, Ill Bill will be closing out January with the release of The Grimy Awards on January 29th. While everyone wanted that A$AP Rocky LongLiveA$AP album in 2012, they'll have to wait a little longer. The Harlem rapper moved his semi-debut to next year. In good news, Eminem is working on his 8th studio album. Expect that one sometime in 2013 as well.

Check HipHopDX's Release Dates page for all your Hip Hop album needs.

Bad meets Evil was not that bad but at the sametime it was nothing special about it. Also Royce(surprising)killed Eminem on just about every track. Eminem was just OK to me. Royce was going in. Point im trying to make is Eminem is fucking nice and will die a Hip Hop legend, but some of you stans need to stop acting like he been putting out a bunch of Classic after the Eminem Show. Dude has fell off and one of the reason the Slaughter House was a big disappointment. Like someone else said earlier dude is 40 plus its time to switch up the subject and use more substance.

  • NY-Harlem

Dam its alot of Eminem stans (dick riders) on this site. Im starting to think that what people are saying is correct. Some of you cornballs are fucking up the game. When i see comments stating that "Relaspe" was a great album i realize that person is just dick riding. And Recovery was mediocore at best. Im not knocking Eminem at all. But Eminem hasn't put out a good product since the "Eminem show." But niggas act like he has been killing the game. They know his music has been trash so they bring up record sells. But when you mention how Little Wayne sell a bunch of records and is more consistent then Em they make another angle or excuse to why Eminem doesn't sucks. By the way i hate Lil Wayne right now he sucks.(he was nice before the Carter 3 Album. Im a Nas fan and I like the Nastrodomous Album. But i won't come on any website and say that Nastrodomous was the shit knowing that so many people were disappointed by it. Eminem is nice but he hasn't put out a good project since Eminem Show in my opinion. Recovery was OK, i bump it for like a week then it got wack fast.

Interesting to see all the butt-hurt miserable anti-Eminem worms come out of their holes when this guy is mentioned. Y'all can't take that he is on top lyrically- if not from a production angle. I'm black and I'm proud to be a fan of this white rapper. Yes, white!

  • DrRubinstein

Nobody wants to see this fuckin clowns face, it's ashame wiggers have control of internet nowadays im sick of this type of shit getting shoved in our face, nobody gives a fuck about punkass em or any of these gay artists like bisexual lamar or laughterhouse, yet it's heavily promoted by these wiggers. SMH.. NEED to find a new site ASAP! The real street shit> suburban bullshit.

Just like all the niggers fucking up america by voting for Obama( ONE BIG ASS MISTAKE AMERICA) just because the color of his skin. He took away all our freedoms, sent more troops to Iraq and Afghanistan for oil and lithium. You stupid fucks need to wake up, Not to mention he spend more money than what was spent in the last 100 years. It would be like bringing home 100 a day and spending 200,000 a day. This is monoply money you idiot. Its like tech said. Obama getting elected has nothing to do with luck it just means hundreds of ignorent americans are stupid as fuck

  • Fuck Vallejo

Fuck E-40. Nigga drops 3 albums a day and they're all TRASH!!! Maybe one good song on every album, and then the rest is pure filler! He needs to release records on a regular basis just like any other artist.

  • HellYeah

I lost all hope on this site's viewers back when Slaughterhouse's album was coming out. MotherFucka's saying they flopped and bitched about it, typing "LAUGHTERHOUSE!!!" When they are arguably the best set of rappers on the planet. They know they listen to them in real life.

  • DawgMAN

This site's comment section has turned into a joke. Dudes like Malone, BOY, SoIcyBoi, that Ja Rule stan, etc, (pardon the corny word) trolling all over the place; but the funny thing is only on this site, the rest of the internet/world thinks different. Guess this is just the place where all of hip hop's rejects go to troll and bitch.

  • MegaRevr

Why the fuck do you people hate on Eminem this much, he's one of the few rappers restoring balance to the hip hop game right now. Was kinda corny of DX to put this title up when he's only said he's working on an album (not to mention on the front page) but did you people even listen to Recovery or Hell the Sequel? Let me guess you just heard it was bad and decided to run with it.

    • HellYeah

^More like hip hop fans need to grow, have you seen some of trash people post on this site.

    • Louis Farrakhan

It ain't hate, we're just telling the truth. Dude needs to start acting his age; he's like 40 years old and still talking about piss. In order for Hip Hop to grow, MC's need to grow up too.

  • milehighkid303

Em, ain't been the same since Relapse when he decided to LISTEN to you IDIOTIC fans about his "voice" and "puns" he always had in his music. That album ARGUABLY was his best crafted in the sense of lyrics, delivery, compostion and beat selection he has ever had, and the industry ruined this guy. I agree with dude below me tho, maybe he should just keep up with the gimmicks to attend to these WIERD ASS KIDS nowadays. Fuck it, I'm out.

    • NY-Harlem

That was easily Eminem's worst album. Relaspe was trash. Recovery was way better then that trash. And Recovery wasn't all that. Eminem Show and Marshall Matters were solid albums. Here we go with the cornball online niggas talking that Burbs and street shit again.

    • Got Money In My Ghetto

Get out and don't ever come back.

Man, eminem needs to crawl back to that hole he came out of after Ja Rule murdered his ass.

  • LAUGH

  • ElectionDAY

Its so funny to hear an IGNORANT APE like Big Sean try to talk politics.. NIGGA you dont know anything about wtf Obama has done. Heres what Obama promised and did... 1. START 3 MORE WARS - yep 2. SIGN THE PATRIOT ACT - yep 3. NDAAA ACT - yep (now you can be locked up without a trial (FOREVER) 4. DRONE BOMBING CIVILIANS - yep 5. FREE HEALTH CARE - not 6. CLOSe GUANTANAMO BAY - not 7. LEGALIZE MARIJUANA - not 8. BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER - not 9. LOWER TAXES - not 10. REDUCE GAS PRICES - not ($1.75 when Obama came in, $4.75 now) Thank you BARACK HUSSAIN OBAMA "hope and change 2012"

  • jerryc

I hatethe music industry. I hate the rap industry. I hate people tht support shtty rappers like Rick ross, Gucci, lil wayne, etc. It all sucks. Music is abig part of our lives and most of us listen to old stuff because its significantly better.

    • idiots

sorry that people from the burbs got money and moved out you broke faggot

    • YahBish

^^People in the streets still listening to Eminem, he is real hip hop. Now Mac Miller is the shit those suburban middle-schoolers listen to. Then again iv'e heard them bump to that YMCMB trash even harder.

    • milehighkid303

You'll never understand the true meaning of hip hop, where it started from in the streets. It's sad suburban kids like you think they have say in what good/bad rap is. People in the urban community know whats up, all u suburban kids dickridin Mac Miller, Eminem, and all this other gay shit, go crawl back in your hole. Street rap all day.

  • Billy Bucks

    I care about a hand-full of these.

  • unknown

This is false publicity. The title sais "Rap Release Dates: Eminem..." And the only thing they say about eminem is that he's working on a new album. Why the fuck would you put his name in the title when there is no fuckin release date yet. Eminem just said he was working on an album. It doesnt even have a fuckin name yet and will probably release half way through 2013. There was a whole article saying he was working on a new album already. Hiphopdx needs to stop writing bullshit titles like that.

    • Anonymous

did you see the other names? if they didnt put EMINEM zero people would of clicked the article

    • King

Co-Sign this. You can't put something in the fucking headline and then make the article have sweet fuck all to do with it. Tell me DX, what is Eminem's Release Date? Oh, you don't fucking know? This isn't a story

    • swackhammer

EXACTLY! I've pointed it out on Rap Release Dates before.. It's almost every shitting time!!! I can't believe this is what journalism has become. Shame on you DX. Have some pride and don't do stupid 'Like hunts' like this..

  • D3

"No Love Lost" by Joe Budden is scheduled for a January 22, 2013 release, not November 23. His upcoming mixtape, "A Loose Quarter", is scheduled to be release sometime in 2012.

  • Anonymous

misleading ass headline. they make you think they have the actual release date for eminem's album then they tell it'll come out sometime in 2013 at the end of the article

  • Anonymous

thats the date for joe budden mixtape A Loose Quarter. His album supposedly comes out january.

  • eminem needs to kill himself

eminem is a washed up has been. he's only still doing this because ppl still buy his horrible music. he's being forced to work by his corporate sponsors. look at his face. does he look like he's still excited and into this whole music thing? it ruined his life. eminem is 42 years old for gods sake. why is he still rapping about poops and piss? maybe bring in some more bruno mars and pink. maybe more skylar grey. maybe drake, b.o.b., lil wayne. whoever he's gotta get to fit in and cater to these weird kids that think he's still good. elvis existence.
