The Artifacts' "Between A Rock And A Hard Place" Reissued With Bonus Songs

A favorite graffiti writers, El Da Sensei and Tame One's debut comes back into print, boasting beats by Redman, Buckwild and the elusive T-Ray.

Newark, New Jersey Hip Hop duo The Artifacts have reunited in recent years after a long hiatus. The group's 1994 debut, Between A Rock And A Hard Place is also coming back to retail courtesy of Below System. Originally a Big Beat/Atlantic Records release, the album by Tame One and El Da Sensei featured the single "Wrong Side Of Da Tracks," and boasted production by Buckwild, T-Ray and Redman.

The November 20 re-release will feature two remixes not originally on the album, "Dynamite Soul II (Lip Service Remix)" featuring Mad Skillz and a remix to "Its Getting Hot." The album is presently available for pre-order at UGHH.com.
