Wu-Tang Wins, Even When They’re Not Rapping On a Track

This past week, Kanye West dropped a snippet for the track “White Dress” off RZA’sThe Man With the Iron Fists OST dropping October 23rd. Then Yeezy released the full version yesterday (October 12th) and it shot right to the top of the charts at #1. Kanye also showed up at #4 to produce Pusha T’s “Pain” track with Future. Keeping the Wu affiliation going, Wu-Tang Clan’s “Six Directions Of Boxing” came in at #2 with Ghostface Killah, M.O.P. and Pharoahe Monch’s “Black Out” at #3. RZA closed the list out this week at #10 with the Black Keys assisted “The Baddest Man Alive.”

The Lace Up Movement Meets Strange Music

Lots of crews showed up this week. Joe Budden represented Slaughterhouse on “Put It Down Like You” at #5 with Lil Wayne and Tank. Kendrick Lamar showed up for Black Hippy on “Compton” with Dr. Dre slipping from the #1 position last week to #6 this week. The MMG bossman Rick Ross grabbed Drake to remix Lil Reese’s “Us” and it came in at #7. At #8, Machine Gun Kelly brought his Lace Up movement to Tech N9ne’s Strange Music on “Edge Of Destruction” with Twista. After that was Young Jeezy’s “New Money” at #9.
