Kendrick Lamar Performs With The Roots On "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon"

Kendrick Lamar hits the stage with the legendary Roots crew.

Kendrick Lamar made his late-night television debut last night with an appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

The Compton, California native hit the stage with house band The Roots to perform his single "Swimming Pools (Drank)," a cut off his upcoming major label debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, releasing October 22nd. Staying true to the sound of the original record, ?uestlove modulated his voice to match the chopped-and-screwed vocals on the chorus.
