Diggy Simmons recently reignited his beef with J. Cole by releasing the song “Fall Down,” breaking the truce that they had previously struck. During an interview with ThisIs50.com, the young rapper explained that Cole is the one who lashed out at him first and that he was merely protecting his honor.

“It wasn’t me, man. He came first,” he explained. Tyrese had taken to Twitter to defend Diggy following the release of “Fall Down,” which Diggy explains came out of nowhere. “That’s like my big homie, he threw it out there. I don’t know.”

Despite the beef on wax, the Atlantic Records signee said that it doesn’t run too deep. “I saw him and we made up and then he came back, so it kind of confused me. I don’t feed into the negativity. It’s all good.”
