The cover art for our release dates piece remains the same as last week, considering new information has surfaced regarding everyone’s favorite rapper to hate, Lil Wayne. Just as Weezy said “Flat out, I don’t like New York” (and rapper Donny Goines retorted with “Flat out, I don’t like you!”) we get a release date for Wayne’s Dedication 4. It’s arriving this week on August 30th. Big Sean surprised us too, as he’s coming correct with Detroit on September 5th. Collaborations include J.Cole, Chris Brown, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa, or as artists like to say “something for everybody.”
Limbo land looks promising too. While MellowHype gears for their album Numbers on October 2nd, Hodgy Beats and Left Brain want to give the fans something to snack on until then. They’re planning a pre-album mixtape. No word yet on what that will look like, but it’s probably coming soon. B.o.B. is working on his next album, but in the meantime will be delivering another mixtape. When is it coming? “Before 2013,” he says.
