1.) 2 Chainz's double soon-to-be-gold plaque is another evidence the power of money in the industry and importance of major label connections. As for hip-hop, its simply a sad and embarassing phenomena. 2.) Flo Rida? Same goes for him, expect he can make good party songs, but he's barely name himself a rapper, therefore he has nothing to do with hip-hop. 3.) DJ Khaled flopped so bad, with that hyped features like Officer William and Ye 79k in 2 weeks pretty weak. Maybe because the song itself still somewhat weak? 4.) Kirko Bangz sold 661k overall? Wow. Thats just wow. Never though that he is THAT hot on iTunes. 5.) Kendrick Lamar should have sold much more, especially he has Dre as a feature. Meanwhile the forementioned, pop-oriented artist are doing good ... its a shame, really. Hope his album will reach Gold even if it takes a while, the kid deserves a plaque.

its funny how this is called "hip hop digital sales of the week" wen theres only like 2 REAL hip hop songs on here. Mercy and The Recipe. the rest is either pop songs or bitch rap...huge difference between that and real hip hop.
