Darnell Carlton was recently shot. Carlton, better known by his fans as former Three 6 Mafia member Crunchy Black, was shot and hospitalized recently. However details about the shooting have not been fully explained as of yet. 

As of now, it is unclear how Carlton was shot. It is also not known who the shooter was or if there was a motive. 

However, a photograph has leaked through Vlad TV. The photograph features Carlton in a hospital bed (pictured).
