50 Cent was sent to the hospital last night after his bulletproof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, New York.

According to ThisIs50.com, Fif was taken to the nearest hospital in Queens on a stretcher where he is currently undergoing tests on his neck and back. The driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital after the SUV almost flipped.

The driver of the big rig told police that the truck shifted and he lost control of the vehicle.
